Room was clean, comfortable bed, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge, airconditioner, hair dryer etc. Staff were friendly, always 😃 smiling, efficient, responsive service. Concierge provided good recommendations for tours etc. Daily breakfast was delicious with good variety, omelettes made to order by standby 👨‍🍳 🍳. Even though the hotel is located on a busy road we couldn't hear the traffic or noise outside. I would highly recommend Avenue Hotel. Great value for money besides the staff treated us like VIP guests. Thankyou, Kimberley (reception), Chef Sam, Concierge Sujeet, F&B Priyanka from Manhattan Restaurant. Sorry, I cannot remember everyone's names however outstanding service was received from all staff I encountered. Special thanks to our housekeeping man (sorry, I forgot your name). This hotel is amazing! Location is great! (Close to the airport and Gold Souk.) Rooms are sound proof - you cannot hear anyone next door. Staff is so friendly and helpful, for whatever you need help with. Ladies at reception were so nice, we arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in before 2pm. In the second floor, Mr. Vijay (housecleaning staff) every day made our rooms (207 and 217) so clean and tidy, every day he left us 2 bottles of water in the room. Food in the restaurant was so delicious, chef was making us fresh eggs by our choice every day, there was a lot of food choices you can choose among (yummy brioche, humus and much more). The restaurant staff was also so nice and kind. I highly recommend this hotel! If you need electricity adapters to charge your phone, ask at the reception, they will borrow you. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My room was very clean & the whole building was very clean. But was disappointed with the breakfast. Bread & croissant was stale. They need more choices . Coffee taste very bad. Staff was wonderful in the restaurant especially the 2 young lady . & the bell boy was also very helpful & polite. ( Abdullah ) receptionist was also very polite & helpful But i was puzzled with my bill . I had book on line & when i got there i was charged more . He try explaining but didn't make any sense. Location was very convenient. Shopping area & lots off restaurants close by. I would stay there again & I recommend anyone to stay there. Thank you to all the staff .
