My room was very clean & the whole building was very clean. But was disappointed with the breakfast. Bread & croissant was stale. They need more choices . Coffee taste very bad. Staff was wonderful in the restaurant especially the 2 young lady . & the bell boy was also very helpful & polite. ( Abdullah ) receptionist was also very polite & helpful But i was puzzled with my bill . I had book on line & when i got there i was charged more . He try explaining but didn't make any sense. Location was very convenient. Shopping area & lots off restaurants close by. I would stay there again & I recommend anyone to stay there. Thank you to all the staff .

During our stay at Avenue Hote, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Yogendra from the housekeeping team. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, accommodating any special requests with a friendly attitude. We truly appreciate his hard work and commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you, Yogendra, for making my stay even more pleasant! Buffet chef who made daily omelette for us was amazing too. Location is perfect as located near to train station. We highly recommend people to use this Avenue Hotel.

Excellent location and accomodating staff starting from the receptionist ( Elmer and others)and security guards. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a very good room. The restaurant serving morning breakfast has variety of meals to choose and the special hot meal specially prepared by the Indian chef ( I forgot his name) is superb. He knows exactly what I really want for my one week stay. The fast service of the restaurant crews are very good.

It was an excellent experience. Friendly staff, good service, tasty food, awesome breakfast, reasonable price . . . BUT!! what made our stay in Avenue hotel unforgettable, was what the cleaner man of the 7th floor (his name was Vijay if I'm not mistaken) did for us. My wife and I got compleately surprised when we came back to our room and saw what he has done! For minutes we were unable to move! I'll attach the picture for you to see. But honestly, I was thinking maybe it's better if we sleep on the floor!!!
